Prof. Dr. sc. pol., M.A. He directs the research group “Evaluation & Design†at the Fraunhofer Institut for Applied Information Technology FIT. His research interests are: technology assessment; participatived, socio-technical systemdesign and systemevaluation; methods about requirements engineering, communication plattforms for organisational lerning and virtuel organisations.
He teached as honorary professor at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Since 1999 he is Chairman of the IFIP WG 9.1 „Computers and Work“.
